Game Party is a lot of fun. My favorite games are Skii Ball and Hoop Shoot. The Trivia Game is pretty fun too. I haven’t played Shuffleboard or Hockey yet, and darts was difficult as it is not quite accurate and takes some time getting used to. Overall, for $[…], this is a good game to get for the Wii but I wouldn’t recommend it if it was over $[…].

We are fairly new to gaming. We really like Wii Sports as well as race games for Playstation like Crash Cart Nitro. Wii Winter Sports is very difficult to use. It does not seem to respond well to the controllers. I would not recommend this game to novice gamers.
Customer Review: Lots of variety, some events too challenging to be fun for kids under eight.
Except for figure skating, most of the events are lots of fun. The actions required in figure skating seem to have no relation whatsoever to the actual sport.
Excelling at some of the events is quite difficult. There is a high degree of arm movement required in many of the events, although leg movement is unnecessary.
Our favorite at this point is downhill skiing. Ghost competition against a family member in split screen is especially fun.
One improvement I would suggest is to allow direct competition between family members in Curling. One can play at the same time as another family member, but never directly. There is always an opposing computer-generated team.
I do recommend this game, but be prepared (in some events) to spend a lot of time getting good at it. Buy now…

My kids 5 and 7 at the time of purchase have enjoyed this game. It is not too hard to play and they are familiar with the style of the games from the fair. They enjoy being able to use the Wii remote to do the actions.

We intially bought this game to give our 5-year-old some more playing options on our Wii, but it turns out that my husband and I both enjoy the games as much as the 5-year-old does. It’s not a serious gaming kind of game, and I’ll admit it is a bit corny and silly, but it’s a fun game for all ages.

Some of the games are a bit difficult for the 5-year-old, but she was able to do quite well on a few of them after playing them a few times. She has fun getting points and tickets and redeeming them for the costume items. And for that matter, some of the games provide a challenge for the adults. We didn’t just play the first time and master every single game.

As you work your way through the different games, you can unlock super versions of several games, adding more game options. And as you do well in these super versions, you win even more prize items. You can redeem lower level prize items for higher value items as well.

I don’t know that this is the best game we have in our Wii game arsenal, but it’s a fun diversion from our other games, and I’m sure it will get a lot of play time. Buy now…
